Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria
Improvexus is an Upwork bidding agency. If you're a Port Harcourt freelancer selling engineering & CAD, CRM & enterprise systems and virtual assistance, we pick the jobs that are worth your Connects, get to them while they're new and write each proposal to the client's brief.
What Port Harcourt is known for, and what it means for your bid.

Engineering, CAD & architecture
What clients screen forDrawings or models of the same type, the standards you work to, and the software and file formats you deliver in.
How we open the proposalRefer to the client's drawing or specification directly and attach one similar piece of your own. Confirm units, standards and file formats at the start.
ERP, CRM & enterprise systems
What clients screen forExperience with the exact platform and module, whether that's Salesforce, SAP, Dynamics or Odoo, and with businesses of a similar size. Certifications help, but a description of a real implementation helps more.
How we open the proposalName the platform and the module and describe one implementation of a similar size. Make clear which parts are configuration and which would need custom development.
Virtual assistance & customer support
What clients screen forReliability, overlap with their working hours and good written English. These clients are hiring for the long term, so they read a proposal for care and aren't looking for flair.
How we open the proposalSay which hours you cover in the client's time zone and name the tools from their brief that you already use. Then describe one process you ran from start to finish for a past client.
When Upwork's clients start work, in Port Harcourt time.
When clients on the US East Coast start work at 9:00 am, it is 2:00 pm in Port Harcourt. That falls inside your own working day, so timing is on your side. What decides the job is how good the proposal is.
